The Queen of Britain misses a Remembrance event due to a sprained back

British Queen Elizabeth II will miss Sunday’s memorial service, which was supposed to be her first public appearance since a break from medical advice, due to a “twisted back”, Buckingham Palace said.

“The Queen, twisting her back, decided this morning with great regret that she would not be able to attend today’s Memorial Sunday Service at the Cenotaph,” the palace said in a statement.

“Her Majesty is disappointed that she will miss the service.”
