Another enchanting festival brings festive joy to the Lower Continent this winter with a magical light walk.
In association with MK Illumination, Lumagica begins on December 3 at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds for a new outdoor / indoor holiday experience in Surrey.
Guests travel through a 1km light walk through various countries to soak in the spirit of the holidays. After that, they are transported through a light tunnel to Gingerbread Lane, leading to the magical North Pole Village. Here, they can enjoy the festive atmosphere complete with interactive screens, animation, photo opportunities and surprises abound for all ages.
There are more than 120 features and ornaments in the light forests, and children can enjoy visiting Christmas at his cabin at the North Pole. The magical atmosphere also presents the perfect backdrop for a festive family photo.
Guests can make their way through the light walk with hot cocoa, molded wine and snacks from various vendors in the park.
Stroll through the Ice Forest and stop at Frosty’s Patisserie for some ‘Spiced Eggnog Cannoli’ or ‘Christmas Chocolate Dipped Winter Waffle’. Wander through the Fantasy Forest and grab some hot cocoa, benches and carnival snacks. Travel to the North Pole, where you’ll find ‘The Snow Shack’ selling some special sweets. Finally, sit down in the “Eat and Drink” lounge, where you’ll find some of JRG’s favorite menu items like a Korean chicken sandwich; turkey dinner poutine; chicken wings; pork gyoza; special pizzas and more, while enjoying live entertainment and browsing the holiday market.
